Police in Sioux Falls South Dakota arrested 60 year old Verle Peter Dills after catching him performing various sex on a traffic sign in another residents yard. After searching his home, police found a “large amount” of videos showing Dills having sex with various traffic
signs. Dills has been charged with burglary, unlawful occupancy, and six counts of public
indecency.
