enough money to buy an iPhone 6? The answer to that question depends heavily on where you live. According to the Prices and Earnings report, published every three years by Swiss bank UBS , an
average worker in New York City
or Zurich can purchase an iPhone 6 with the proceeds from less than three days of work.
By contrast, an average person working in Kiev will have to put in 13 weeks (627 hours) in order to buy an iPhone 6. The survey also found that workers in cities with high gross salaries such as Zurich, Geneva and Luxembourg receive pay that
is 19 times higher on average than in
Nairobi, Jakarta and Kiev.
