"Don't Panic If You Are Not Corrupt" - APC Tells Mimiko, Metuh

The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has warned the State Governor, Olusegun Mimiko, and the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Olisah Metuh, not to frustrate the anti-corruption war embarked upon by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration according to a new report by Premium Times.
In a statement issued and signed by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya said the fight against corruption was sacrosanct and indispensable. APC noted that Nigerians voted for Buhari because the President promised to handle corruption in the country.
It expressed worry over the recent alarm raised by Mr. Kayode Akinmade, the State Commissioner for Information, over allegation
that some people want to use the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to witch-hunt the administration. APC said Mimiko and his aides should not exercise any fear if truly they had not mis-
managed the resources of the state since they took over in 2009.
