During an interview with Access Hollywood Justin Bieber finally broke his silence on those nude photos that were taken without his knowledge while on vacation.He told Billy Bush:“My first thing was like…how can they do this? Like, I feel super violated. Like, I feel like I can’t step outside and feel like I can go outside naked. Like, you should feel comfortable in your own space… especially that far away.”He wasn’t too upset though, he joked:
“That was shrinkage for me,” the singer said with a laugh.Shrinkage, huh? Mhmm…

Appeal Court adjourns ruling on Saraki
The Court of Appeal, sitting in Abuja, on Friday adjourned the ruling on the appeal brought by Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
Counsel to the appellant J.B.L Ufoh, in a brief filed on October 6, challenged the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, saying the tribunal ought to have obeyed and stayed proceedings when it got an order from the Federal High Court.
He further stated that the CCT was not a superior court to the Federal High Court and therefore urged the court to set aside all proceedings, including the charge against Senator Saraki on the grounds that the tribunal was not properly constituted.
Counsel to the respondent, Rotimi Jacobs, in his own brief, filed October 12, argued that if Mr Ufoh was challenging the constitution of the tribunal, it still wasn’t enough reason to affect the case brought before it.
He further added that there was no order by the Federal High Court compelling the Code of Conduct Tribunal not to sit; rather, the appellant had asked for an interim injunction which the Federal High Court denied.
Therefore it was wrong for the appellant to paint the tribunal as a lawless court that does not obey orders, the lawyer said.
Mr. Jacobs insisted that the law was being misinterpreted and urged Justices M.A.A Adumien, J.E Ekanem and M. Mustapha to dismiss the appeal because “arguing it lacked merit”.
He prayed the court that the right interpretation of the law be upheld.
The Code of Conduct Bureau had on September 11 slammed a 13-count charge bordering on false asset declaration on Mr. Saraki.
He is accused of offences ranging from anticipatory declaration of assets to making false declaration of assets in forms he filed before the Code of Conduct Bureau, while he was governor of Kwara State.
Justice Adumien reserved judgement for 2pm on Monday, October 19.

After Burnaboy denied he livs in South Africa, a fan called him out saying South Africa made him.Burna Boy then fired back calling the fan a doughnut and saying his hard work made him,not SA.The fan still came for him saying he is still irrelevant and Burna replied" Well,That's not what my bank account, my driveway, my three floor crib and the rolly on my wrist think but hell"
Notice the boy used just three words on both occasions while Burna with fuller sentences.
Lamar Odom is out of coma and speaking to Khloe-E!
According to a breaking news report by E News!, Lamar is out of coma and now speaking to Khloe Kardashian..According to E!The 35-year-old former NBA star has woken up from a coma he slipped into after being hospitalized on Tuesday, following a drug overdose at a brothel in Nevada, and is able to communicate. On Friday, Odom opened his eyes, saw Khloé Kardashian, who has been by his bedside as he fights for his life, said, "Hey, baby," gave her a thumbs up and then went back to sleep, a source told E! News. The source also said he is no longer using a breathing tube. Another source told E! News Odom is speaking and functioning and that his children and other family members, including cousins, are all with him now. Khloé, 31, who arrived with mom Kris Jenner and several of her sisters, had had Odom's father, his two kids and their mother flown in to see him.This love story may just have a happy ending!
Couple 'resist arrest to have sex "one last time"(Photo)
A man and his girlfriend reportedly refused to surrender to police as a SWAT team surrounded their house - because they wanted to have sex "one last time".Ryan Patrick Bautista and Leanne Hunn, both 34, refused to leave their mobile home as they made love during a night-long stand-off with cops in Florida on Wednesday, the Times-Union reported.
Hunn allegedly told police over the phone that she would turn herself in once she had had sex with Bautista for the final time.
The couple were finally arrested at 4am on Thursday morning after police arrived at the scene at 9.30pm the night before, the paper reported.
Bautista was wanted for armed burglary, the newspaper reported.
He and Hunn were reportedly charged with resisting arrest without violence and false imprisonment.

The photographer ,Victoria Caroline Boudoir shared the letter on facebook.She said a mid-forties lady booked her services at a hotel in downtown San Antonio. She was a curvy, beautiful size 18.She wrote " I thought she looked like a goddess, but as most women do, she had a request.....Christmas rolls around, and she gifts her husband a BEAUTIFUL hand tooled album with about 30 of her images. 3 days later, I receive this very REAL email:
She came to me, looked me straight in the eyes, and said "I want you to photoshop all of my cellulite, all of my angry red stretch marks, ALL of my fat, and all of my wrinkles....just make it go away. I want to feel gorgeous just ONCE." So, I did exactly as she asked. We spent an hour and a half together going through many, many poses. Seeing these images made me realize that I honestly do not tell my wife enough how much I LOVE her and adore her just as she is. She hears it so seldom, that she actually thought these photoshopped images are what I wanted and needed her to look like. Ebony magazine sparked outrage after releasing the cover of their November issue which featured a fractured image of “The Cosby Show” cast .They used the photo for their lead story on broken families in the African American community. Many people were displeased that the publication compared the classic show to Cosby’s real-life issues.Some are calling the cover epic while others feel what Bill Cosby did in his personal life had nothing to do with the “Cosby Show” and should not taint everything the show accomplished.
Lamar Odom's condition improves,heart responding
Good news ! Lamar Odom's condition is said be have improved.According to TMZ,sources familiar with the situation say tests on Lamar's heart Friday morning revealed his heart function is "much better." Doctors have told Lamar's friends and family this is a good sign of improvement, that a critical organ is responding.Doctors have asked for "calm" in Lamar's room because they do not want him stimulated .... because non-stimulation promotes healing.
Toward that end, doctors have ordered that virtually no one have access to Lamar's room. Khloe is still by Lamar's bedside.

Police believe he was looking for someone to attack when he targeted the young woman. The victim was on her way to get a taxi home after a night out when she was approached by the man in the Kirkgate area of the city. People with tattoos have been found to be more aggressive and rebellious than those without, researchers have found.Professor Viren Swami of Anglia Ruskin University studied 378 adults – 181 women and 197 men aged between 20 and 58.Of these 97 – one in four – had tattoos.
Those with tattoos were found to have ‘significantly higher’ levels of verbal aggression, anger, and were more rebellious compared with people without tattoos.
The more tattoos a person had, the more angry they were, the survey found.One explanation is that people who have higher reactive rebelliousness may respond to disappointing and frustrating events by getting tattooed

Chad police arrested 62 women for wearing full veils in public as the country steps up security against extremism following a multiple suicide bombing attack, the police spokesman said Thursday.The first major arrests of women for the veil ban have been carried out in the capital, N’djamena, since Wednesday in line with anti-terrorism measures, he said. Chadian authorities banned wearing full veils or burkas in public places in June to prevent jihadi attacks, especially by Nigerian Islamic extremists Boko Haram.
The women will be released after paying a 100,000 CFA ($170) fine, he said, adding that if they are repeatedly arrested they will be charged with complicity with jihadis.

NYSC: 45 Lagos Corps Members to Repeat Service
The Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Lagos State, Mr. Cyril Akhanameh yesterday, said 45 corps members, who absconded during their service year will repeat the service.He said: “45 corps members will repeat their service year due to physical absence from their places of primary assignments.”
According to him, ”’Many of the corps members left their places of primary assignments for over three months without permission, adding that when queried, they could not give any genuine reason for being absent.”
“The level of their punishments, he noted, will be determined by the level of their offences, stating that many of them will repeat, serve for three or four months in any part of the states that NYSC Authorities will choose,” Vanguard reports.

Lamar Odom shows no signs of improvement ... Prognosis worsens
According to TMZ, Lamar's condition has deteriorated, and doctors are now telling his family that the longer he remains in the condition, he's in the less likely it is that he will recover. Sources tell TMZ, Lamar did indeed squeeze Khloe's hand Wednesday night, which gave everyone hope, but Thursday morning doctors are saying it well could have been an involuntary movement. As of Thursday morning, our sources say Lamar has shown no signs of consciousness or improvement. We're told 4 organs, including his kidneys, continue to fail. Our sources say doctors have been clear ... the fact that Lamar is not getting better significantly reduces his chances of survival.
As we reported, on Wednesday doctors gave Lamar a 50/50 chance of pulling through.
As one source put it, "The doctors are concerned it has been too long that he's been in this condition and now it's not looking good."

Comedian Ali Baba is that one comedian who has come a long way in the Comedy business and is often referred to most times as the pioneer of modern comedy.The popular comedian shared an exciting story of how he was back-stabbed by a comedienne and he later helped her with her presenting at an event.
It was in the news recently that Helen Paul threw jabs at some top comedians including Ali Baba, Gordons and Basketmouth at AY Live show event which held in Port-Harcourt revealing that these veterans were getting old and runing out of jokes to crack.
Ali Baba in a rather lengthy caption on an instagram post he shared subtly replied her:

As fate would have it I still worked with her. During the event, as I wrote notes for her, to introduce several segments of the show and how to bring on different dignitaries, the event planner will come backstage and smile. She came in backstage once, while my co-mc was on stage, using an intro I gave her and said, “Ali you are rare. Someone just commented on how awesome the introduction * (co-mc’s name) gave the last speaker was. I nearly told him you wrote it. Especially after what she said when I was trying to book her.” Not necessary, I replied. When people write you off, get right in.
Some two years ago, someone said Ali Baba’s time has passed, I did a straight 6 hours of stand up comedy. All of my original stuff. Many of the comedians who were at the show, have since boosted their jokes arsenal with some of the materials used in that epic performance. And since that 6 hours, many comedians have received free jokes as often as we meet.
My producer @officialbunmidavies told me jokingly that if the 6hr video is made public, many people will see the source of some great jokes.

'Mathew Knowles hit the roof when he heard about the concept for the show, which he thinks is a direct rip-off of an unsuccessful attempt at a similar concept he tried to craft after his superstar daughter gave him the pink slip in 2011,' a source told Daily Mail Online exclusively.
'In the past, there was talk that a lot of the deals and opportunities that Mathew received for Kelly and Michelle were offered up to Beyoncé first and sometimes even Solange Knowles and Kelly and Michelle would lose out.
